When floors show visible scratches, dullness that cleaning can’t fix, or discoloration from sun exposure or old rugs, a full refinish brings them back to like-new condition. Our team sands the floor down to bare wood using dustless sanding equipment, applies your choice of stain color, and finishes with a durable water-based or oil-based polyurethane topcoat in your preferred sheen. This is our most requested service and typically takes 3 - 5 days from start to finish, including dry time.
